DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our company. It is normally possible to use our website without providing personal data. To the extent that personal data are collected on our site (e.g. name, physical address, or email address), this is always done, where possible, on a voluntary basis.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, physical address, email address, or phone number of the person concerned, is done in conformity with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and with the country-specific data protection provisions applicable to Gieselmann Consulting.
As the party responsible for the processing, Gieselmann Consulting has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures in order to ensure that the protection of the personal data processed on this website is as seamless as possible. Nevertheless, internet-based data transfers may inherently have security gaps, meaning that it is not possible to guarantee absolute protection. For this reason, every data subject is at liberty to transfer personal data to us using an alternative method, such as by phone. Gieselmann Consulting guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data by
- requiring all employees to maintain confidentiality,
- taking security precautions that correspond as much as possible to the current state of technology, and
- complying with the provisions of data protection law, especially those in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the new version of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, n. F.), and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz).
